Gremmo Homes is a domestic home building company located in Sydney, Australia. Gremmo Homes began building homes at Bella Vista, near Baulkham Hills in 1994.
The company is owned and operated by four brothers. Eldest brother Michael trained as an apprentice carpenter, before completing his Builders Supervising Certificate at Blacktown college of TAFE in 1992. Andrew followed a similar career path, and he also completed his Builders Supervising Certificate in 1996. In 1999, Richard completed a Bachelor of Building degree at UWS, Hawkesbury. Youngest brother David completed the Building Studies (Residential) course at Nirimba College of TAFE in 2000.
Gremmo Homes also employs a number of skilled tradesmen and sub-contractors who provide a reflection of the company's commitment to quality and service.
During the past 10 years of building, Gremmo Homes has completed approximately 300 projects, from custom built homes in excess of $1,000 000 to townhouse developments. Projects have been completed in local areas such as Bella Vista and Dural as well as outer metropolitan areas such as Yass and Maianbar. At present, Gremmo Homes is only building homes in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Gremmo Homes is capable of building a variety of construction projects from domestic homes to townhouse developments, ranging in style from contemporary to modern colonial and pseudo-federation.
Gremmo Homes can also assist with specific design requirements through the provision of our own design consultant, or building designs provided by the clients own architect or draftsman. Gremmo Homes also have a number of their own designs available to build which cater to a variety of lifestyle and design requirements.
Gremmo Homes have recently opened a new display home at 78n Northbridge Ave, Bella Vista Waters which showcases the quality and inclusions which can be found in many of our most popular homes.
Gremmo Homes have also been involved in the building of an 8500m2 factory unit development comprising 41 units and offices at the corner of Day and Fariola Streets, Silverwater. Also recently completed was an extension of 11 factory units totaling 1700m2 to an existing 100 unit site in Castle Hill, as well as a factory unit and office space development totaling 1000m2 at the corner Duck and Day Street, Auburn.
Gremmo Homes is also involved in an exciting recently completed project in Waitara, comprising 51 homes units. As well as this, we are also undertaking the development of approximately 50 blocks of land in the Canberra region and a land development at London Place, Grose Wold comprising 8 rural blocks totalling 40 acres.
