Gremmo Homes’ new Sovereign design is the latest chapter in the company’s evolution as a builder of prestige homes. The design has evolved through incorporating Gremmo Homes’ most popular inclusions and features while striving to push the envelope of previous designs.

The Gremmo brothers were involved in every aspect of the home, from design conception through to landscaping and decorating.

“We are very excited about our new Sovereign design, said Richard Gremmo from Gremmo Homes. “It combines many of our favourite elements from previous designs with a modern contemporary feel. We have worked very hard to create a modern home for the modern family.”

The new Sovereign design takes full advantage of passive and solar design elements to limit the environmental impact of the home, while maintaining its modern contemporary aesthetic appeal.

The home includes internal and external entertaining areas, a state of the art kitchen design, contemporary bathroom inclusions, four bedrooms, media room, triple garage, study and formal living / dining rooms, all of the necessary requirements for the modern family.

Finishes in the display home include luxury porcelain tiles, timber flooring, and a trendy aubergine theme in the kitchen.

Outside the home, the attention to detail continues. The garden has lawn, patio and water features to both the front and back, and has been planned to reflect the modern contemporary style of the home.
